IT RFP Specialist – Brian Whitelaw, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, PMP

Brian has over 20 years of Government experience. He was the Manager of Information Systems and the IT Divisional Manager for a well known Canadian City. In his roles with the Municipality he has extensive experience dealing with Provincial and Federal government agencies.

Brian’s Expertise

Brian has sat on both sides of the evaluation table and has issued, evaluated or responded to almost 100 RFPs.

As an IT specialist Brian’s background includes Systems Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Project Management, Software Development, Infrastructure Management and Security.

Brian has significant experience working on Agreements for Managed Services, Shared Services and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
