Our client, a high-profile Toronto based organization is seeking a creative, forward thinking HR Director with the drive, wisdom and determination to bring together 20+ locations and expansion into other provinces.

A full-time hands-on leader, overseeing a team of 5. Requires someone with a strategic mindset who wants to roll up their sleeves and drive change within an organization undergoing significant transformation. An understanding of institutional, unionized and not for profit environments will be helpful. You will be working closely with senior credentialed individuals and PhD’s.

Must live within the Toronto/GTA area. To thrive in this role, you will need to implement best HR practices to help unify the organization as it transitions into this next stage of growth. The goal is to become a top employer of choice.
