Donna is an accomplished proposal management professional and content writer with over 20 years of demonstrated bid management, strategic marketing and brand management experience.

Donna has extensive and thorough knowledge of bidding/tendering laws and the RFP process.

She has worked with and won business for enterprise clients ranging from small start-up companies to larger Fortune 500 clients, government organizations at every level (federal, provincial and municipal).

Donna has also worked with several non-profit organizations (CancerCare, Ontario and Manitoba Nursing Association, Housing for People with Disabilities) developing grant proposals for funding.

Donna holds a Public Relations and Communications degree from the University of Winnipeg, a Technical Communications Certificate from Red River College and a Copywriting Certificate from The Business Institute, along with several other certificates. Donna was a Continuing Education Instructor at Red River College for 13 years and taught Proposal Writing, Manual Writing and Understanding Bidding and Tendering in Canada.
